Affected drain pans were assembled as new equipment with certain evaporator coil models with serial number prefixes ranging from 1901-2101 and were sold from approximately January 2019 through November 2021.

Affected drain pans were also sold as service parts from approximately January 2019 through November 2021 and may be within the scope of the recall regardless of coil serial number.

To determine if you have an affected drain pan, we will need:

the serial number of your evaporator coil

(If you received an Owner Notice, the coil serial number we have on file for you may be listed on your Notice.)

We may also need information about:

  • your furnace and
  • information about your outdoor system (air conditioner or heat pump)

We will walk you through the steps for finding information about your components and determining if your unit is affected. If you are unsure about how to gather the information about your unit, please contact your local installing contractor for help.

If you have more than one coil, we will need a separate registration for each unit.
